Why did the cartoons we watched as kids have so many white main characters, but not ethnics or blacks ?

For example:
Adventure time -white character
Ben 10 -white characters
Scooby doo -white characters
Gravity falls - white characters
Fairy odd parents - white characters
Johnny test - white characters

Other popular cartoons like regular show or gum ball, though having non human characters, were heavily given white personalities.

Cause those cartoons were in white countries where white people are majority in African cartoons everyone’s probably black same with Asians it’s not hard to comprehend
