Why did u increase the cooldown time in general chat?

Go do something about cp and gore spam in offtopic, leave the offtopic to big buns u faggots..I command u to decrease the cooldown time to 60 seconds or even less @Master cause nobody even repfarm there , it's such a pure place don't disgust it with your politics...
