why do all these professionals refuse to reduce malar fat pads

there's clearly excess heaviness in the fat pads above the nasofolds which is what's actually casting a shadow, not just bone deficiency. I've already had consults with a surgeon and injector and both claim it needs to be filled to smoothen the transition. technically yes but wouldn't that just cause more midface heaviness? why not just partially dissolve the fat pads?

Lipolytics arent very precise, they wont stay in the same spot

If the chemical spreads slightly too high into the soof fat or teh cheek compartments, you can end up with random hollow and assymetry and could cause premature aging appearance

i already have no under eyes anyway, can't get any worse
will get fat transfer there

why can't they just do what i tell them to do for me
