Wouldn’t years doing cosmetic surgery eventually blackpill you?

This is exactly the reason, for some surgeons they just genuinely enjoy their work. Plus most of the famous ones you listed OP are already old, so there's not really a point. And besides if those surgeons are the best in their craft, which other surgeon can they find that will meet their standards?
