Why do foods and liquids flow around my back teeth?

I, unfortunately, had my wisdom teeth extracted when younger. My face has worsened since then but that very well could have been for other reasons. Like myself sitting at my desk all day with horrible posture. question is: is it normal for liquids to just flow from the inside of your pallet to the outside front part of your teeth. It feels like teeth should have been there to prevent this from happening.

Can I get new teeth placed back in? etc. I hate orthodontics and I hate dentists. Also: Braces ruin faces.

People claim it does not. Even John and Mike Mew say this. but personally I would think it does in some way affect it. They are meant to be there afterall.

IMO the only reason people say it does not cause a noticeable change to the face is because the face has growth improperly and at the point where the wisdoms are coming out, remodeling of the face becomes more difficult. Thus less changes are observed and recorded.

u can get implants if u have space for it, but most dentists will reject it, but some dentists in turkey will most likely do it

made my jaw narrower and overtime my zygos grew more and more andmy jaw used to be as wide as zygos and now theyre not wisdom teeth srugery ruins looks
