Why do foreign men claim EE men are ugly but the women look good?

I live in a huge Slavic area with a lot of Ukrainian Immigrants here in Ohio and the men look wierd and funny but so do the women.

I rarely see a attractive Ukrainian girl and im only looking at young women.

Is it because they're white and slim?
