Why do I always have a dull headache on the sides of my head?

sometimes it is there for most of the day. It is so annoying and only started happening within the last year or two.

I could be totally wrong but i truly believe it because my cranium has grown much wider over the last year or two and now the skin/muscles are super tight by my temples.

also maybe because i have a pencil neck and those muscles are connected to the sides of my head.

last thing is that i have that I think may be related is my occlusion.

I have a more mild version of this occlusion.

Are any of these potential causes for my headaches on the side of my head by my temples
