When you eat your body thinks it has come across food and wants to prepare itself for starvation again.

If you don’t eat a lot all day, maybe less than 1,000 calories your body is always fighting for energy so a solution to this is to re introduce your body into eating muscle meat whenever your hungry.

Listen to your body, feed it when it wants feeding. Then you will have homeostasis.

Basically, by not eating your stressing your body, the complete opposite of what you want to do, always in survival mode. Not good.
