Why do I have so much fucking acne

I’m a clean person, my rooms always clean, I take a shower daily, I wash my sheets once a week but I constantly have acne all over my forehead and back and it gets bad.

Shits pissing me off, what do I even do.
I’m 19 so I don’t think this is like a hormonal thing since I’m passed puberty.
