For me it's just facial and nose width. Absolutely ridiculous facial width makes me look like a circle (but lean).

what ,sometimes I think about how we org membs go to extremes to try and fix things, like reducing sodium intake, taping mouths while sleeping, bonesmashing, etc etc, while genetically gifted gl people have no idea about these things and dc about them at all.
