Why do i genuinely feel so disgusted of myself only when people take pictures of me?

So ive been thinking about this alot but i get called htn and my bped friend says im htn irl too but i cant believe it because i look like this when somebody takes a pic of me

But when i take pictures of myself i look way
different and in my opinion like a htn and when people take pics of me like a lmtn

Am i just the ultimate fraud? These pictures are 10 months apart and still today when people take pics of me i look like the upper pics, but i lost 12 kgs and i want to know if i get lied to and if im actually lmtn and why i look like htn in the mirror and whenever people takes pics of me i look so fucking ugly and im not seeking any attention i just need an honest rating because it makes me insane

clear acne first and work from there this is something that sets back alot of ppl from looking way better
