Context: I'm 19 years old and have been dealing with acne for around 2 years. I shower twice a day with a cleanser and moisturizer. I play lacrosse so it might come from my helmet and chinstrap. I clean my sheets and pillowcase often. Both my parents dealt with it in their younger years, but I've heard acne come from the gut.
Here is my diet. I eat this same meal every day, not kidding

Morning: 6 eggs and two pieces of 3-ingredient sourdough and a ghost energy drink (depends on if I need a boost)

Snack: Banana before gym

Noon: 1 cup of vat pasteurized a2 whole milk and 2 scoops of grass-fed whey (this is my lunch, which I keep light because of practice)

Dinner: 1 pound of grass-fed 92% 8% ground beef and 2 cups of long-grain rice(uncooked)

Drinks: Reverse osmosis water and 5 grams of creatine per day, with sometimes a zero-sugar soda

What in my diet is causing acne? And what can I do before I consider just nuking my acne with Accutane?

You could be lactose intolerant. Maybe that's why.

Sometimes it's 3-4 cups of rice uncooked, depending on my calorie expenditure.

Also, your liver might be in shit condition and cant process the other ultra-processed shit you're consuming.

Mate, you aren't "eating well" , I mean its not terrible, but eating like this certainly won't heal your gut (gut health typically corresponds to acne)

Of course, the energy drink, but would the whey and milk be under that?

whey is pretty shitty, milk is fine if you can tolerate it

me personally, after I started eating more eggs and drinking more (raw) milk every morning, my acne actually went away, sadly I do still have acne scars
