I have pct but on some selfies its looks like I have nct why?

lens, you neeed 50mm lenses, take a picture like 1 meter away to see your true tilt. Or maybe you have negative hooding giving the illusion of nct.

Eye level is most accurate but hard to get just rely on mirror using natural expression no squint just relaxed expression
