Why do I have to keep clearing my data to reply?

idk if you guys know the reason behind this but for some reason my ability to reply to stuff keeps disappearing.

Everytime it does I have to go in my settings and clear the data for the site and log back in
If it helps maybe the reason is because I’m on a mobile device rather than a laptop? Lmk
