Why do i have wierd little bumps on my mandible and how do I remove them

On my mandible I have these wierd little bumps and it really irritates me how do I get rid of them. Is it like a lymph node or something what is it. Its visible to me atleast so I wanna fix it

Can't diagnose without feeling/seeing it myself in person. Just go to your gp for a check
