Every time I wake up with bloated face and swollen eyes, its always at 2-3am when I look more chiselled and lean. I am considering only taking photos and hanging out with other humans at night now.

I’m in a calorie deficit and I eat like 400 grams of rice/day when I’m training
When bulking like 600 grams of some shit
What matters is your insulin levels and the glycemic load of the meal (like eat carbs with fiber and protein etc. To reduce the glycemic load)
