You can either try to fix your failos with surgery (I would not recommend this to you as you aren't suited for it) or just delete your account and move on with your life. Digging yourself into the BDD rabbit hole won't do you any favours.

U need a stubble, thicker, longer and more descended brows, more hooding on upper eyelids and a longer hair

Time will help you alot once you start to grow facial hair, but certain things like your brows and hooding you will have to to persue through more dedicated softmax and procedures
