I've been eating better, taking supplements (Vitamin D3+K2 [MK-7], Zinc, and Magnesium, FYI I was deficient in all of these beforehand), been working out more, sleeping with a better routine (11-9), and yk the basics.

Ask any more questions if you need (and no, i'm NOT uploading a pic.)

Go to sleep at 9-10, take 200-300g of protein for that activation of mTOR pathway, get your calories, micronutrients in. All of these are really important, but wont make drastic changes unless you are in development ( puberty ).
