Why do i look so greasy with stubble???

When I look in the mirror after I wake up I look repulsive... And I get depressed but the moment I shave I look nice. I shave twice a day. my beard is so thick. after 10 hours it already grew wtf.....

I have similar look to Barret.. I imagine someone with short wide face would look so bad with stubble right??
