hi, i have pretty visible smile lines at the young age of 14 and I dont have a recessed maxilla, i went to go ask an orthodontist and she said i have good forward growth and i know this maybe caused from being skinny fat but i think if i lose weight i'll still have them, is there any fix?

Depending where you live and skin type, if you don't apply sunscreen and get a lot of sun exposure. Also, if you don't have enough collagen or vitamin C, A in your diet. And since skin damage is cumulative and doesn't fix itself, you can age.

But also, its not uncommon for regular people to have a skincare routine, where they apply all the chemicals which make them look way younger. So relative to them, he can look even older, skin even shittier. So it doesn't even matter unless he looks 30-80 yrs old, lol.
