According to https://japan.stripes.com/food-drink/soybeans-soy-important-to-japanese-cuisine,-culture.html, Nearly 99% of the Japanese population eats soy. Soybeans and soy products are considered staple foods in Japan and are deeply integrated into the country's dietary culture and history.

However,
Japan has a strong culture in raw meat which includes, beef, horse, and chicken, this evolved from its famous seafood traditions.

Japanese preference for raw or minimally cooked foods stems from a combination of geography, history, culinary philosophy, food safety, and cultural aesthetics.

stay primal.

mirin effort bruh I think its because high test doesn't equal high lifespan. soy contains componds that mimic estrogen so I think thats why there so many fem boys here not saying that is a bad thing. Also Japanese people don't eat raw meat frequently enough for it matter anyways tuna 1 once a week wont do much

Because despite them eating a lot, they don't stuff their face with processed food throughout the day. Barring sumos of course. They always eat small portions throughout the day, they always feel satiety and they either burn more calories or maintain their current weight.

I can’t disagree, the lifestyle aspects contribute to a major part of their life span. I do think the average life expectancy will go down cause of the workload tho.
