like have a competition with the other location and the winner gets a pizza party or doing a Christmas gift exchange and all that normie stuff

I never participated in those at my old job. I hated working as it is. If you wanna give me something fun how bout you just give me an extra hundred dollars or some shit not a pumpkin carving contest.

I don’t like to have fun at work. It’s a shit place of despair

Glad I’m neet

Such NPC activity
My work has this mystery shopper thing where they come in anonymous and if you tick all the customer service boxes (it's a security job) you get a free coffee and cake!

Wow that's so worth it, to work harder all month in case their one monthly visit happens to be today and I can get about £6 worth free

There's some jobs where they have the chain rankings in front of your face so you can look at it every time you clock in. I noticed this is so normies can feel like a family since technically it is a competition. Theres this gorlockmaxxer at my old job that acts like that for free

At my old job I did the bare minimum. Never covered shifts. Never signed up for benefits. Never went to meetings. Literally just did the passing amount to not get fired
Until I quit and became a full time alcoholic
