Why do military uniforms look so goofy nowadays?

The uniforms in practically all western militaries are ugly af. Especially in the USA.

We should still hire fashion designers to design the uniforms. Like germans did, you feel shame dressed looking like a garbage bag, but your morale skyrockets to the roof if you look sharp & good. I'll post 2 pics with guys who have similar faces, but vastly different looking uniforms and you'll see the difference.

Finnish uniforms are definitely not gl, but better than most NATO countries. Regular soldiers and some officer fancy pancies pictured below.

These are just dress uniforms, the dudes who fight dont worry about their fashion they just wear the fatigues. But yeah fashion in general is not as good as it used to be, military uniforms included.

Idk about Russia but obviously each county has there own laws. What i tried to show was the uniforms honestly.

Facial hair and long hair in our country is not accepted in the army even tho we have black hair. I dont see anything off from the guys i posted. Waxxing your hair takes no more time then shaving.
