Ideally sure but in a society that will never happen. Even the most blackpilled of societies.

Also I’m not even with eugenics as genetics are pretty random and two unattractive people can still have a chad child. Being tall and good looking just gives a higher likelihood of having a tall/good looking child. But there is always a chance that kid can end up sub5.
