Slavs are retarded germs and black in a sense. So the Black and White IQ gap is a 8 point difference explained with polygenic scores for iq or in simple terms explained with genetics. This iq gap is only apparent when you go more north latitude in Europe like in the UK it might be 3-5 point difference, but for slavs the gap is basically non-existent. The only thing separating a slav and a black from intellectual prowess would be environmental variables. Blacks actually win this and have physical superiority. The architectural achievements mostly aren't slavic work and the people you referenced aren't slav or pure slav btw.
