I did this shit for a few weeks earlier this year after my parents begged me to get into it and it was incredibly awkward and shitty and after the first week I dreaded doing it. The guy was actually chill but it seems 99% all just repeat the same tactics that barely work or are just there to sign off on meds because he seemed rather uncomfortable when I said I would never be taking any because I would like to enlist in the military and don't want those to get in the way.
It just feels incredibly awkward to share any real feelings because deep down I know they don't actually give a fuck and just want my money. And the guy spent half the paid hour scrolling for images on his computer and completely ignored the fact I was mainly there to help with my previously diagnosed anxiety which I brought up multiple times and focused really hard on depression which I don't believe is nearly as big of an issue for me
Maybe I've just got really unlucky with all 3 I've had but I can't stand when normies act like it fixes everything and you're an idiot for not going. My parents were pretty pissed I stopped going
