I can only speak from experience but at least when it comes to balkan men, most of them fit into one of 3 archetypes. Those being: Mr Potato Head, Shrek and Redditors. I attribute the lack of looks in balkan men to two things: slav genetics and shit collagen. You can find a stacylite relatively easy in Balkan countries but finding a chadlite is literally searching for a needle in a haystack.The only example of a slavic man with good looks is Dimitry Stepanov and he went crazy, a huge contributor to his descent being that he tried to be a superstar in a slavic country. If you are chad lookswise or more in a slavic/balkan country then your only shot to truly capitalize on your looks is to try to get out asap out of that country.
