It depends, if you're subhuman, it won't help much. But if you're average looking with a tall frame like me, gymmaxxing can change everything. Right now I can get 8/10 18 year olds but when I am done gymmaxxing and leanmaxxing, I'll be able to get 10/10 women from 18 to 25, I'll have access to a much higher quantity and quality of women and Tinder will finally become a possible option for me which will make dating so much easier.

I think its much more about being lean and in shape, muscles are just a plus because at the end of the day face is king. Being lean seriously impacts your face, and muscles can definitely frame your face much better (shoulders, traps, neck if you're into that too).

Muscles alone won't do shit for the majority of the population, but being in shape and lean does.

I'm 6 foot 4 (it's written beneath my username) and I am 170 lbs at a body fat of maybe around 13-15% body fat, I plan to be at 220 lbs and 15% body fat in 3 years, but just getting from 170 to 205 lbs in 1 year is going to change everything already even without being lean.

A lot of women, especially older women, are turned off by tall skinny guys and respect muscular guys more, young 18 year old women seem to not care that I'm not muscular though. I have also seen that most stacies are with guys who are a bit older than them, have a beard and are on the fatter side, they are always taller than she is, but most of the time, they are much uglier, so personality probably plays a part when dating women. For hooking up though, looks do most of the work.

The hottest girl I have ever seen in my area is this one and her boyfriends have never been models, her first boyfriend was an ugly broke loser who did drugs, her second boyfriend was a fat ugly guy who looks like a cuck and she is probably still with him. This is the level of woman that I can currently attract, she may not be as hot as the 10/10, but she is still very hot. I know that she wasn't just an exception, because another 8/10 really liked me in another class but I don't have pics of her because she isn't on social media.
