Just wondering why I see so many people saying not to take furosemide, and instead use eplerenone?

Okay that makes sense. Let’s say I do take furosemide though: how often can I take it, without it causing extreme kidney strain over time? Obviously I know special occasions but is there a rule like no more than once every 2 weeks?Eplerenone is safer, has less side effects and can keep you debloated, rather than flushing everything like furo, Eplerenone spares potassium. You can also take it every day so you're debloated all the time.
Depends on the dosage, I'd say dont take it more than twice a week. If you're taking above 70mg keep it once or twice a fortnightOkay that makes sense.
