Why do people favor eplerenone over furosemide?

Just wondering why I see so many people saying not to take furosemide, and instead use eplerenone?

Okay that makes sense. Let’s say I do take furosemide though: how often can I take it, without it causing extreme kidney strain over time? Obviously I know special occasions but is there a rule like no more than once every 2 weeks?

Depends on the dosage, I'd say dont take it more than twice a week. If you're taking above 70mg keep it once or twice a fortnight

monkey need water to stay alive, furo dont like water, Eplerenone like water. Monkey take eplerenone everyday all good, Monkey take furo everyday all good. Monkey doesnt drink enough everyday on furo monkey die. Monkey dont drink enough on eplerenone, Monkey fine. Makes sense?

ethier way if u take furo everyday it will strain ur kidneys and lympathic or whatever its too powerfull, And eplerenone has other benefits. But i use none just be lean there both useless they dont make a crazy difference tbh unless ur like a bloat machine like lucasegolifts
