That’s because they descend East African Savannah pastoralists mainly. They have some West Eurasian admixture as well baked into that, I think. They do have some sub-Saharan admixture but it’s not so much, I don’t know the exact numbers but I think it doesn’t go over 10%. Same goes North Africans.
