Why cant i just take 7 pills of potassium in the morning fasted ? Does it have something to do with it Being absorbed Better with other minerals and vitamins (something Like White sugar and sugar in fruit) ???

No I don't think there's a difference when it comes to bloatminning. If anything, taking the pills will prevent you from eating the carbs and sodium which comes with foods that are rich in potassium. Dandelion root is always a good source of potassium and a decent natural diuretic
