its more of a taste thing for me

i was raised on welldone meat so it tastes chewy and weird if i eat blue

The blood in the meat is the best component for me

I do believe raw meat has very low pathogens anyway but we have a lot of high inhib people who look at the "raw" diet like it's a clown show, better to appeal to them by using euphemisms

Thank you for tagging me in this post friend, It's not often that I get mentions on this site.

As far as the thread goes, overcooked meat feels way too rough and dry in my mouth, I simply cannot grasp the satisfaction that some people gain from eating it.

People claim that the collagen from cooking meat makes it taste better, but, personally, I'd prefer the blood content over the collagen increase.

Indeed, Aesthetically I feel as if Raw/Rarer meat is much more appealing. However, this could just be from a personal perspective.

My response to that question would be a firm yes, I enjoy discussing topics with people online. I find it much easier to interact and it demands less from me if you know what I mean.

You have concluded my thoughts perfectly, I also feel that communicating with people that show interest in your responses/threads and actually want to hear what you have to say makes me quite a lot more inclined to talk and be social. I am feeling quite tranquil currently :).

Not only is well done meat less nutritious but the texture is awful, feels like chewing rubber and the taste doesn't even justify it

The only justified taste is when people at 40 different spices, 70 different seed oils and 16 other preservatives
