you surely know that braids are made from some kind of hair extension it's not their natural hair, and yes like I said prognathism is common in Africa, some east africans also have milder versions of it too.

Braids are mostly made with preexisting afro hair and just twisting them. It’s rare but in Europe you can sometimes see them with afros

2. South African (bodies, some other southern africans too)
3.Rwanda(mostly but not exclusively tutsi)

Most other groups or countries aren't remarkable on average but some individuals are very gl like in Somalia, Sudan, Nigeria, Ghana etc
