Instead of saying "I fast every morning until 2pm"
You should say "I starve myself every morning until 2pm"
Anytime you aren't consuming something your body is consuming itself (malnourishment) which is why people who fast (aka starve themselves) or go vegan (aka starve themselves) lose significant weight because their body is literally eating itself away.
