Split doesn’t really matter, as long as your getting atleast 2x frequency and your split is programmed in a way that suits how your body recovers, the split your running is going to make a very minimal difference on hypertrophy.Cause it's more performance biased. Why do you think so many powerlifters follow a PPL program? It's not optimized for hypertrophy in my opinion and there aren't a lot of pro bodybuilders who train like that.
