Why do race scientists want black people to cry and feel discouraged about their intelligence

if I was black I would feel very depressed and anxious at "iq" and I would be deathly afraid of iq tests. If theavg iq is 85, some will score literally 65 iq

Also, how sad is it that americans whites gatekeep all "lower iq" bluecollar jobs from blacks (will not accept them as apprentices).
