Why Do SEAMaxxers Look So Young?

I've been watching a lot of travel vloggers in SEA Asia in preparation for my upcoming JBW expedition to vietnam. Most of the vloggers are mid to late 30s, but look pretty youthmaxxed- no wrinkles and some even look like 10 years younger.

What could be causing this? Stress free lifestyle? Asian cuisine? Humid tropical climate keeping the skin hydrated? Bar girls?
