Bodyhair isn't high T trait though. People popping fin report decreased bodyhair also which would imply it's mainly DHT driven. I think low T soycucks compensate for the lack of free testosterone by increased DHT conversion via 5ar.

The answer is that he has low T but he is sensitive to DHT. He has more than enough Testosterone even at 200ng/dc to produce body and facial hair but he has had low T levels all his life so he is skinny and not masculine.
