Why do some foids hide their eyes when taking pictures?

I notice some foids tend to only take photo shoot of their mouth, or lower third as selfies, or eyes closed. Is it something about the eyes that reveal themselves like their private parts so they are shy about it? Or are they just ugly?

I know a foid with amazing eyes, yet she chooses to hide them for some reason in most of her selfies.
