Why do supplements?

Personally i think you should use supplements if you are a REAL sub 5 because there will be no need to cope if you look decent. Also an important detail is style if your a sub 5 but you have a good style your gonna get more attraction (*ahem ahem* danny devito) but otherwise gyms and supplements are the most important if you use roids your balls will shink so watch out for that

I feel like if you take supplements at a young age you could benefit from them more rather then when your older

You could but the side effects are more dangerous than when you are older, when your younger you have an higher death rate

Damn, so I guess around early teenage years is when you should take supplements, thats around when I started

what are the best non cope supplements? any good for fat loss?

Most supplements are complete cope unless you are genuinely chronically, extremely, nutrient deficient, OR you are using them for non physical benefits (like L-theanine/caffeine for focus, ashwagandha for disinhibition, etc.)
