Might sound weird if you don't know anything about it but this is legitimately the only good diet in existence. Let me explain why

When your body detoxes it becomes more acidic. It can become overly acidic and you will lose appetite for raw meat and you can also feel irritable and less grounded. Raw celery juice is the staple juice to address this issue.
Plants are important for many things. The issue with plants comes from whole vegetables and nuts and seeds.
Whole vegetables overly alkalize the intestines which prevents raw protein digestion. They can also cause the other anti-nutrient problems that everyone is so overly obsessed about.

Nuts and seeds are the only concern for anti nutrients. But, with the nut formula, eating them with raw butter, honey, and egg prevents the anti nutrients from being absorbed and you can get some of the benefits of the nuts and seeds which do have a place in the diet for specific purposes.
More examples of why plants should be consumed

Before I get into more of this, you might be wondering "Where do I get all these so called toxins". I'll try to explain it as briefly as possible. Basically any health product is made with lots of chemicals. Soap, shampoo, lotion, perfume, etc. Just look at the ingredients. All these long complicated names. Also, any time you see a nutrient as an ingredient, it is always chemical. You cannot isolate nutrients and have them still be useful. They are always isolated with chemicals or something like kerosene. Also so many things have food coloring which is literally heavy metals. Anything wet in canned food causes slight heavy metal poisoning. Basically anything in plastic will have some toxicity in it because after production of plastic there is usually a chemical film leftover. If they just rinsed the plastic before they put something in it, it would be much safer. Any cooked food is toxic. Frozen food is toxic. Smoking is detox. Car exhaust is toxic. Pollution. Pharmaceutical medicine. It is everywhere
Whenever a toxin is introduced to the body, the body has to handle it. So what is responsible for removing 90% of our toxins, is our lymphatic systems. It is the filter of our body and our true immune system which doesn't actually exist because that is a narrative to teach people that our bodies fight bacteria. The lymphatic system excrete toxins out of the body through the skin. But, they are incredibly clogged with hydrogenated vegetable oils. So, with our filters being clogged, we can't efficiently expel toxins. So, the best place to store them is in our fat. If we don't have much body fat, most of our fat will be in our brains, bone marrow, and our nervous system. Not a good place for toxins to store. It is important to have extra body fat for this reason.
So, we have toxins stored in our bodies. This is how disease develops.

Ok without writing a whole book for you, essentially Aajonus teaches you how the human body legitimately works and exactly what you need to eat to heal from toxicity and handle pollution.
One last thing, despite the name, we can't eat exactly what humans would eat in nature. Primitive humans didn't have inj3ct1ons, chemical food, pollution, etc., so they don't have to detox anything at all. We do. We need to have extra fat to handle toxicity already present in our bodies, from pollution, and the bullshit were exposed to on a daily basis. And we need different foods to handle and breakdown the toxicity and the affects of it.
There is a ton I could say but Aajonus is truth and nobody else in existence truly understands health. All of this pollution and chemicals is brand new and Aajonus is the first one to truly figure it out. All of the diet is extremely important.

And look, the diet isn't some cookie cutter bullshit. It is real nutrition. The diet between people can look very different. But many will have a similar diet because they all have similar problems. There is a lot of variation in the diet but the foundational principles never change. Like never having fruit in the morning because it causes you to be less stable. To never have vegetable juice near raw meat because it will prevent digestion, etc.

When humans began cooking meat, it became even easier to digest quickly and efficiently, and capture those calories to feed our growing brains. The earliest clear evidence of humans cooking food dates back roughly 800,000 years ago, although it could have begun sooner.

No proof what so ever for this. No other animal cooks their meat. Just destroy all the bacteria, nutrients, denaturing protein theory.

I don't really believe in evolution (im not religious either) but how did neanderthals consume bread if they didn't even farm. Making bread is complex (breeding the crops for it, making the bread etc)

hunter gatherers farmed, they just didn't purposely dedicate land to it, instead they modified their environment.

tribes know where everything they need grows around them, and purposely limit how much they take, and they keep the areas it's grown in clear of competition, but they don't modify the soil.

Diets in papa new guinea are quite different from diets of the Masai tribe in Africa. The difference is lack of PUFA in both unlike Western diets. Relatively almost none of the PNG or Masai tribes suffer from heart attacks diabetes obesity etc.

I'm starting carnivore+dairy+fruit diet only in a couple of days for my depression, i'll give it a month to see if it helps

IF EATING FOOD CHANGED PH THEN YOU WOULD DIE
THE ONLY TIME PH WILL CHANGE IS WHEN YOUR BODY PURPOSFULLY DOES IT TO DIGEST FOOD

I believed in this diet for a while but then came to the conclusion that it was initially invented as a diet to cure very unhealthy sick people for the most part.

Eat normal foods diet high in nutrients and that should be enough.

primal diet restricts far too much and essentially requires a miracle lifestyle to follow properly. Can’t even compete in intensive sport or weightlifting on it too lol.

‘Muh detox’ yeah nigga have fun doing that shit for the rest of your life instead of living it normally.

Good reason why most of the primal diet followers are dyels, fat and unhealthy with nothing healthy about them to show despite how healthy their diet is.
