Arnold was doing this as a kid stupid fuck. Doubt he was using anything that young. You fucking nigger do you have Arnold's genetics and gear? No? Then don't train like Arnold fucking kike
I’m doing it quite fine so far.only if you're enhanced retard if you're natural doing that youll fuck yourself up and most people here are too pussy to pin test
kike arnold definitely got his physique from the 1000 pushups he did as a teenager and not from his later gear and geneticsArnold was doing this as a kid stupid fuck. Doubt he was using anything that young.
Well in order to max your genetics as he did you have to put in the fucking work. If he didn’t do everything that he did he probably wouldn’t be as big regardless of his “genetics”.kike arnold definitely got his physique from the 1000 pushups he did as a teenager and not from his later gear and genetics
No. Arnold was on gear hence he could recover more.Is “muscle recovery” over exaggerated?
Apparently his 100 pushup everyday method started when he was a kid w his dad, so likely before he started taking gearNo. Arnold was on gear hence he could recover more.
So I could do 50-100 pushups a day and still recover?Pushups are not much physically demanding unless you are really heavy
Well depends on how easy they are for you. Trained people that are not too heavy can do 100 and not feel anything the next day from them.So I could do 50-100 pushups a day and still recover?
I’ve been doing 50 pushups everyday. I usually fail at 40, and finish off after 30 seconds. They feel easy to do..Well depends on how easy they are for you. Trained people that are not too heavy can do 100 and not feel anything the next day from them.
It's not demanding enough for you to feel anything the next day. If you were to try doing 400 at your level then I'm sure you would feel it.I’ve been doing 50 pushups everyday. I usually fail at 40, and finish off after 30 seconds. They feel easy to do..
My chest doesn’t feel fatigued or sore throughout the day or the next. So I guess that’s a good sign that I recover fast. I’m 140 lbs and I workout almost every fucking day so maybe that’s why
