No. It's because of white skin and contrats that whites by default have.
Contrasts makes features are defined like a double edged sword. If you have good features it highlights them, if you have bad features it exaggerates them. Recessed skull, bones and weird features look worse on white skin
while on nigger all that gets covered in heaps of melanin. All you see is his dark skin, obscured features that don't draw too much attention despite his skull looking like a monkey
