I am in twenties.
I made pictures during different weight ranges, to confirm for myself changes in looks of my face.
When I was 100 kilograms, I looked over 40 years old.
When I was 90 kilograms, I look over 30 years old.
When I was 80 kilograms, I looked twenties, and 4 SMV points higher compared to 100 kg weight, and 2 points higher compared to 90 kg.

Weight loss is law. Anyone can gain entire 2 points of SMV, guaranteed.
God speed on our weight loss.

maybe if they are 25% bf
I mean loss of 10 - 5 kilos from overweight into ideal weight.
If bones are underdeveloped and recessed, they are not protruding as much, so for those people they would ideally lose 5 kilograms futher away from ideal.
