why do women get so mad about being paid less overall?

I'll be generous and say that hypothetically women and men have equal intelligence. Two groups have the same intelligence but one can handle physical labor better because they're stronger, why would the weaker group with less utility be paid equally? This isn't a charity, you're being paid by your work.

Also, women do not need to be paid much because society doesn't place unrealistic standards on them when it comes to making money, they can be broke and still have admirers.
