Why does a rating here varies so much

I`ve seen somy many rating threads where they dude is rated from 0 to 5 PSL, seems like giving a proper numerical rating is harder than it seems, for some users the guy is borderline subhuman but for others the guy is slightly above average, or smth like that.

Users here undervalue and overvalue features. They hand out psl 5s like Candys tbh. You have one halo without even looking at the overall face u are declared to be above average
