The idea behind bone Smashing isnt inherently wrong. But the problem with it is that actually get bone remodeling u need to hit hard enough to nearly fracture ur jaw. Which causes massive problems and sounds like what you have done.

My jaw has grown since I started “bonesmashing” it but I dont really care I just want to look good everyday and the “pump” the guy says last 10 minutes lasts me like 6-8 hours which is enough for me to mog all this city

I'd advise against bonesmashing for most people (they're too low iq or lazy to make any precautions or do any research and they end up getting PiH and quiting forever) but it sure is good for people who know what they're doing
