They do work similar but emsam definitely mogs it straight up sends selegiline to the bloodstream. Only one downside of chosing patches over pills is that skin irritates like hell my cousin was on prescribed emsam and wherever he applied it the skin used to be red as shit for rest of the day. But for overall mood stability , energy emsam is 100% better than oral selegiline. Works faster in general too,
