You're North African judging by your hair texture. Think about the solution and not the problem. Can't you straighten your hair out by going to the barbers and getting that thing done?

There's nothing wrong about it, your hair is just unkept as fuck. The only truly bad hair texture is anything passed 4A in my opinion. Otherwise your hair is just unkept. Use curl activators, stylers, moisturizers etc. This way your hair will never be dry or frizzy.
